03 — About

I work where pressure meets purpose.

I'm an operations professional with more than 20 years across healthcare and hospitality, including ATCEMS clinical operations, emergency dispatch, community health paramedicine, restaurant leadership, craft beverage programs, and high-volume guest experience.

These days I'm pointing that same energy at practical technology. I'm a self-taught learner building skills in Python, SQL, AI/ML, local LLMs, automation, and CompTIA fundamentals so I can design systems that make real work easier for real people.

Outside of operations and technology, I'm an artist and musician using creative work to support mental health, service-industry people, first responders, and anyone trying to turn pressure into something useful.
